Step 2 \u2013 Shortlisting<\/h3>\n <\/a>\n\n
\n If your \u2018fast track\u2019 application shows us your skills and experience suit a Booking and Scheduling Coordinator role, you\u2019ll be invited to attend a telephone interview with one of our clinical teams. If your application doesn\u2019t meet our initial criteria, we\u2019ll let you know via email.<\/p>\n

Step 3 \u2013 Telephone interview<\/h3>\n <\/a>\n\n
\n You\u2019ll be contacted so we can arrange a telephone interview with you on a particular date, and at a particular time. It is likely these will take place in early March.<\/p>\n

The telephone interview will typically last between 15 to 30 minutes and the aim will be to establish some basic information about you to ensure you meet the right to work in the UK, along with any other legal requirements to work with us. We\u2019ll also explore your experience in some detail, and we will ask you some scenario-based questions based on our Trust\u2019s values and behaviours, to determine you have the right approach and attitude to mirror our organisational culture.<\/p>\n
