We accept referrals from all health and social care professionals, patients and carers, as long as they can access the local service and require ongoing nursing for medically stable conditions. Referrals are accepted in person or by fax or telephone. Patients can self-refer.
The Treatment Room service is by appointment only, please contact the treatment room directly.
Appointments quickly fill up so you are advised to book your appointment as soon as possible – please do not wait until the day you require treatment as we have very few appointments available on the day.
Please bring any written information you have been given to your appointment.
