99%\u00a0of patients thought the following were excellent or good: care and treatment, waiting time, location and communication of the Lung Health Check.<\/p>\n

98%\u00a0of patients thought the communication at the CT scan was\u00a0excellent or good.<\/p>\n

100%\u00a0of patients thought the facilities at the Lung Health Check were\u00a0excellent or good:\u00a0\u201cFeedback was very positive \u2013 many thought the whole process was \u2018brilliant\u2019 and could not be improved upon<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Patients had Lung Health Checks because of the following reasons:<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • They received a letter from their GP<\/li>\n
  • They were concerned about their age or health and wanted to \u201ccatch things early\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Patients made the following comments about the locations of the Lung Health Checks:<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • The locations are accessible and \u201cvery convenient\u201d<\/li>\n
    • They liked avoiding the waiting times of hospital clinics<\/li>\n
    • They liked that everything was in one place and scans were available immediately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Patients made the following comments about the information they were given:<\/h2>\n

      • The invitation letter and mobile unit team explained very well what would happen and why.<\/li>\n
      • The staff were almost universally praised for being very friendly and professional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
