These reference ranges are to help with interpreting results of coagulation tests carried out by the Haematology department.

For children’s or neonate reference ranges please ring laboratory on 0161 701 2123.

For significantly abnormal results, we suggest a discussion with a Haematology Consultant or Senior Registrar.

If you are unable to reach any ward/department with significantly abnormal results which require immediate action, please bleep the lead nurse on 2677.
