A simple way to say thank you<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css=””]Sometimes a member of staff makes a real difference to your care, or to the experience of someone close to you, and you may want to make sure they know how <\/span>much it meant.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

ShareGratitude makes it easy for patients and families to send a personal message of appreciation directly to the member of staff or team you would like to thank.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Whether our colleague cared for you directly or supported your experience behind the scenes, you can let them know how much their care, kindness or support meant to you.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”2003″ img_size=”2360 x 1407″ css=””][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]Sending a message through ShareGratitude is entirely free of charge; however, if you wish, you can also accompany your message with a small token of appreciation, such as a coffee or postcard, or make a donation to the Manchester Foundation Trust Charity on their behalf. These options are entirely voluntary. A small token could make someone\u2019s day, and donations help the Charity continue supporting our patients, colleagues and services. <\/span><\/p>\n

How to use ShareGratitude<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Scan one of the QR codes displayed around our hospitals, or follow this link: <\/span>Thank a member of staff.<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Search by hospital, ward and area for the member of staff you would like to thank.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Write a personal message of appreciation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Submit your message, and it will be delivered securely directly to that member of staff.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. If you wish, you can attach a small token of appreciation or make a charitable donation on their behalf. This is entirely optional.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    ShareGratitude is designed to protect both patients and staff.     What if I do not know the name of the staff member I want to thank?<\/h3>\n <\/a>\n\n
    \n Many staff will have profile pictures you may recognise, or you can search using the information you do know, such as their role, team or where you met them. If you are still unable to <\/span>identify<\/span> the individual, please still leave a message<\/span>,<\/span> and the <\/span>ShareGratitude<\/span> team will endeavour to deliver <\/span>you<\/span>r<\/span> mes<\/span>sage<\/span> to the right person <\/span>on <\/span>your<\/span> behal<\/span>f<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>

    What if I do not know the number or name of the ward?<\/h3>\n <\/a>\n\n
    \n Using the advanced search <\/span>option<\/span>, you can use the information you do know to help find the <\/span>appropriate member<\/span> of staff. You do not need to know every detail to send your message.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>

    Can I thank more than one person or an entire team in the same message?<\/h3>\n <\/a>\n\n
    \n Yes. You can<\/span> individually<\/span> message<\/span> as many members of staff as you wish<\/span>, and if<\/span> your <\/span>direct <\/span>message <\/span>also <\/span>recognises <\/span>the<\/span> wider team, <\/span>it<\/span> will<\/span> be shared with the <\/span>appropriate colleagues<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>
