The building is part of wider works planned as part of the total redevelopment of the Crumpsall site.<\/p>\n<p>The project has already received approval for almost \u00a370m of government funding to date for the initial redevelopment plans and the site enabling works. These works include the new HQ, North Manchester House, as well as a Multi-Storey Car Park and Cycle Hub to help address the long-standing car parking pressures at North Manchester General Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The enabling work funding which has paid for the modular build will also see the development of the new Multi-Storey Car Park and Cycle Hub which is due to start next year.
