We provide information, advice and support to help our patients, their families, carers and visitors to the Trust. UHSM welcomes your comments both good and bad and we will be happy to try and help whatever your concern.<\/p>\n<p>All of the team have experience in resolving concerns and we offer a confidential service. We will work with you to ensure that you are informed of the options available to you and help you find a way to resolve your issue.
