  • MFT CAMHS: Children and Young People Crisis Service

Our Children and Young People’s Crisis Care Service support children and young people up to the age of 18 living in Manchester, Salford and Trafford who are experiencing a mental health crisis.

Our approach is based on an ‘assertive outreach’ model. This includes emotional and mental health crisis assessment and intervention to avoid hospital admission and A&E attendance. We have two pathways: rapid response and home treatment.
