- Are you aged 16 or over and from the Black community, living in the UK?
- Or do you have a confirmed diagnosis of Sickle Cell or Thalassaemia (regardless of ethnic background)?
Then we invite you to join the Improving Black Health Outcomes (IBHO) BioResource!
Our team at the Manchester Sickle Cell & Thalassaemia Centre is hosting a Recruitment Drop-In event and we’d love to see you there. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the IBHO BioResource and how your participation can help improve our understanding of how health conditions affect Black communities, including:
- Sickle Cell
- Thalassaemia
- Diabetes
- Cardiovascular diseases
Come and chat with our friendly team, ask questions, and find out how you can get involved.
