Dr Rachel Evans is a Consultant Haematologist specialising in thrombosis, haemoglobinopathy and red cell disorders.
After graduating university in 2007 Dr Evans worked in hospitals in Blackpool and South Yorkshire before moving to the North East to do her specialist haematology training. She was appointed as a Consultant in Newcastle in 2019.
