What to Expect
The retreat is designed to be both fun and empowering. The programme is led by an experienced team and includes:

Adventure Activities: Climbing, zip-lining, and archery.

Support & Education: Educational seminars and peer-to-peer support sessions.

Childcare: A dedicated creche is available for children aged 6 and under.

Travel: Families must be able to travel to Whitemoor Lakes. A small travel bursary is available for those who need assistance.
