Biography

Mr Brahma qualified in Manchester in 1988 and completed training in Leeds, Dundee and Manchester. He was appointed a registrar at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital in 1993 and appointed consultant in 2000.

Mr Brahma specialises in all aspects of corneal, cataract and refractive surgery. In 2001, he set up the laser and refractive surgery unit at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital.

His research interests are in refractive surgery, keratoconus and artificial corneas.
