Biography

Ms. Dulani Mendis, a consultant in General ENT, Paediatric, Rhinology, and Voice (Laryngology) within the NHS since 2014, focuses on managing voice and nose conditions at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust since 2021. With a medical career starting in 1994, she’s an active member of Rhinology and Laryngology organisations in the UK, Europe, and America. After qualifying from the University of London in 2000, Ms. Mendis completed fellowships in Interface Cosmetic and Reconstructive surgery in 2014 and a Canadian Voice fellowship in 2016. She holds an MBA, showing her interest in clinical leadership and health politics. Actively involved in Global Health initiatives, Ms. Mendis is committed to teaching, research, safety, and quality improvement. She aims to enhance patient outcomes and experiences, guided by principles of clear communication and collaboration.
