Biography
Dr Wijesinghe qualified from The University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka in 2006.Obtained post graduate diploma in clinical haematology in 2013 and MD clinical haematology in 2016 from post graduate institute of Medicine, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Worked in Manchester Royal Children’s hospital as a senior clinical fellow in paediatric haematology and bone marrow transplant in 2017. Has worked in haematology unit, Salford Royal hospital for nearly 3 years from 2018.
Joined the Manchester University Foundation trust working at Trafford General Hospital since 2020.
