Biography

Dr Simon Musgrave undertook his medical training at St John’s College, Cambridge and the London Hospital. He came to Trafford as a consultant geriatrician in 1986 and has developed a special interest in stroke. He was Medical Director of Trafford Healthcare NHS Trust until April 2012 when Trafford Hospitals joined Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He then became Clinical Head of the Trafford Division until April 2014. Dr Musgrave is currently a Consultant in Elderly Health for Trafford Hospitals. Dr Musgrave is married and lives in Sale.
