There is a joint weekly multidisciplinary team meeting where both hospital and community patients are discussed and a weekly outpatient clinic held on a Monday afternoon at the Trafford Macmillan Care Centre.
In addition there is access to counselling services, complementary services and bereavement services which are located at the Trafford Macmillan Care Centre.
