Biography

Dr Haynes graduated from the University of Manchester in 2010 and completed his Emergency Medicine training in the North West in 2022, specialising in Paediatric Emergency Medicine. In 2020, he was awarded the prestigious Luka Randic Medal for his outstanding performance in the FRCEM exam.

Appointed as a Consultant at MRI and RMCH in 2022, Dr Haynes has a passion for medical education, earning a distinction in his Master’s in Medical Education from the University of Manchester.

He has served as an Honorary Lecturer in Paediatric Emergency Medicine at Manchester Metropolitan University and is currently the Trust Specialty Training Lead for RMCH and an RCEM examiner.
