Biography:  

Dr. Grace Vassallo is a Consultant Pediatric Neurologist at the Royal Manchester Children`s Hospital and Clinical Lead for the Complex NF1 service at the Manchester Centre for Genomic Medicine, Saint Mary`s Hospital Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.

Her special interests are NF1, Pediatric Neurology in NF1 and NF2 and Pediatric Neurovascular Disease. She particularly values interdisciplinary working in all these fields with close interaction across specialties for the holistic care of families.

Tertiary Pediatric Neurology clinics – Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, 20 per year.

Tertiary Pediatric Neurovascular clinics with Pediatric Neurosurgeon – Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, 4 per year.

Pediatric NF2 – Saint Mary’s Hospital, 12 per year.

Pediatric Complex NF1 –  Saint Mary’s Hospital, 12 per year.

Pediatric Complex NF1 joint with Spinal Surgeons, Transition, Orthopedic and Bone – Saint Mary’s Hospital, 6 per year.

Visiting complex NF1 pediatric clinics 6 across the North of England.

Complex MDT pediatric facial clinics with ENT/Oculoplastics and Maxillofacial surgery – Manchester Royal Eye Hospital, 2-3 per year.
