Biography

Dr Tin works as a Respiratory Consultant at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, based primarily at Trafford General Hospital, where she delivers four weekly general respiratory outpatient clinics. She also undertakes bronchoscopy lists for general respiratory patients at Wythenshawe Hospital and provides daily respiratory consultations for inpatients at Trafford General Hospital.

Dr Tin is an on-site Respiratory Consultant at Trafford General Hospital and a member of the WTWA Respiratory Directorate. She was appointed Mortality Lead for Respiratory Medicine in June 2024, leading mortality governance, shared learning, and quality improvement initiatives across Wythenshawe, Trafford, Withington, and Altrincham hospitals.

She supervises respiratory specialist trainees and is an accredited educational and clinical supervisor, with a strong interest in teaching and service development, alongside a commitment to high-quality, equitable, patient-centred care.
