Biography

Roberto Ramirez is a full time paediatric neurosurgeon based at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.  He completed his neurosurgical training in Leeds which was followed by a fellowship at Birmingham Children’s Hospital.  He was appointed to this current post in 2012.

Roberto, alongside his general neurosurgical practice, he has special interests in mucopolysaccharidoses, craniocervical junction surgery, cloacal extrophy, antenatal care, spina bifida and hydrocephalus.
