Biography
Ms Carley qualified in Medicine from Manchester University in 1992 and obtained FRCOpth (Fellowship of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, London) in 1997. She undertook her Fellowship in Cornea/External Disease in Manchester and Leeds before being appointed as a Consultant Ophthalmologist in Oldham in 2003.
In 2006, Ms Carley was appointed as a Consultant Ophthalmologist at the Manchester Royal Eye Hospital and subsequently Medical Advisor to the Manchester CTS Eye Bank and committee member of Ocular Advisory Groups for both the College (OTAG) and Organ and Donation Transplantation Service (OTAG).
