Biography
Ms Jane Ashworth qualified from the University of Oxford in 1992 and started as an Ophthalmologist at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital in 1993. She completed a PhD at the University of Manchester in 1999, undertaking Fellowships in paediatric ophthalmology at Manchester, and strabismus at Walton Hospital, Liverpool. She joined the paeditaric ophthalmology department at MREH as a consultant in Jan 2007.
Ms Ashworth has recently been made the Training Program Director for Ophthalmology, North Western Deanery and the Divisional Education Lead for Manchester Royal Eye Hospital.
