- Friends and Family Test: the FFT is a national scheme enabling patients to tell us what they think about the quality of care they receive.
- What Matters To Me Survey: this was created by MFT to enable patients to give more detailed feedback on all aspects of their care. Ask a member of staff how to complete this survey.
- The NHS website and Care Opinion website: leave an online review, all reviews are read by the Patient Experience team and services involved. We will aim to respond to all reviews within five working days.
