Biography
Katherine did her training at Edinburgh Medical School and qualified in 1997. After completing her house jobs there she spent time in the North East working and then Australia as an SHO. Katherine moved to the North West as a Specialist Registrar in Emergency Medicine in 2002, and following a placement at the Royal Melbourne Children’s Hospital became a Consultant in Adult and Paediatric Emergency Medicine in November 2006.
Katherine is the College Tutor for Higher Specialist Trainees in Emergency medicine, and also the Medical Lead for Schwartz Rounds on the Oxford Road campus.
