General and complex endocrine pathology including thyrotoxicosis, pituitary adenoma, adrenal adenoma, hypogonadism, well being endocrinology.

Biography

Dr Ranjith Rajgopal is a Consultant in Diabetes, Endocrinology and General Internal Medicine at North Manchester General Hospital, with over 20 years of medical experience across three healthcare systems. He worked for a number of years in India before moving and working for four years in the Middle East, and then has spent the last ten years practising in the United Kingdom. This broad international experience has helped shape his patient-centred, culturally sensitive approach to care.

He completed specialist training in Diabetes and Endocrinology in the North West of England and holds a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT). He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP). His clinical interests include type 1 and type 2 diabetes, obesity, thyroid disease, lipid disorders, and inpatient diabetes care.

Dr Rajgopal is actively involved in research and has served as Sub-Principal Investigator in three clinical trials. He is passionate about improving services, supporting education, and ensuring patients receive clear, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
