Biography

Mr Gunendran attended the University of Bristol medical school and completed his surgical training in the North West. He was appointed as a consultant and joined Trafford on 1 January 2009. He has an interest in core urological surgery and treats adult patients with common urological problems. He is a member of The British Association of Urological Surgeons and The Royal College of Surgeons of England. Outside of work he has a passion for hiking and outdoor sports. Mr Gunendran helped launch new urological services at Trafford General Hospital including a one-stop clinic for haematuria and lower urinary tract assessment. There are plans to move towards a one-stop prostate biopsy clinic as well.
