Biography:
Clare trained at the University of Birmingham and qualified in 2004. Her core medical and specialist training in Diabetes and Endocrinology was in the North West. She was appointed as a Consultant Physician in 2017.
Clare has a special interest in diabetes in pregnancy and she provides the diabetes input to the Diabetes UK funded Velocity research clinic at St. Mary’s. Her other interest is Metabolic Bone Disease and she has joined the Metabolic Bone team at Manchester Royal Infirmary. She has an interest in medical education of both undergraduates and postgraduates.
