Biography
Dr Naveeda Khaliq joined North Manchester General Hospital in 2022, as a consultant in Haematology, following 7 years of work as a speciality doctor in Haematology. As part of her role as consultant of Haematology, she organises clinics and oversees the care of the patients to ensure the best experience for them.
Dr Khaliq is committed to providing the highest quality care to all patients under her care, in addition to supporting and developing the care given to patients at North Manchester General Hospital. She has worked in various hospitals, and has gained a great amount of valuable experience, which she continues to develop and use to provide the best care.
Following her graduation, she completed FCPS in general internal medicine and then FRCpath in Haematology. In 2019 she received a diploma in medical education from Dundee University. Throughout her career, Dr Khaliq has contributed to the development of the hospitals she has worked in, including completing Quality Improvement Projects, and teaching the next generation of doctors at various stages of their careers.
