We provide specialist alcohol assessment, advice regarding withdrawal medications, onward referrals to specialist community alcohol services as well as advice and information on reduction and abstinence.
Our services at Wythenshawe and North Manchester General Hospital currently provide outpatient clinics for patients referred to our services for telephone clinics, pre-operative assessments
We support hospital staff regarding the management of patients with a range of alcohol use disorders including specialist advice regarding the management of medications to aid alcohol withdrawal, provision of training to medical and nursing staff.
