Biography
Mr Turner trained at St George’s and Moorfields Eye Hospital London, and is a past lecturer at the Institute of Ophthalmology University of London. He has held a Consultant Ophthalmologist position at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital from 1993-present. Mr Turner is an established trainer in Vitreo-Retinal Surgery and Eye Hospital Associate Clinical Head of Division, Royal College of Ophthalmologists. He is also Chairman of the Manpower Committee, a member of the Professional Standards Committee and a European Society of Ophthalmology Board Member.
