Who is the service for?
Inpatient and outpatient services for people with endocrine related complications, diagnosis of endocrine and on going support/treatment for complex endocrine care such as co-morbidities, ANC and specialist care. The service accepts GP and Practice nurse referrals for outpatient care, GP referrals and emergency support via A&E for endocrine complications.
What does the service provide?
The service provides one to one support with a Consultant Endocrinology and Endocrine Specialist Nurse.
The service provides the following appointment types:-
- Consultant
- Endocrine Specialist Nurse
- MDT for ANC
Access to MDT in specialist centres.

When is the service available?
Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.
Where is the service provided?
- Rochdale Infirmary Outpatients only
- North Manchetser General Hospital inpatients and outpatients
- Fairfield General Hospital inpatients and outpatients
- The Royal Oldham Hospital inpatients and outpatients
