The Lung Health Check Programme has been designed to improve health locally and is like an MOT for your lungs.
North Manchester GP practices have been selected to take part in this service and invitations are being posted out in 2019 and 2020.
Have you ever been a smoker? Are you aged between 55-80 years?
If you have answered yes to both these questions you can have a free Lung Health Check.
Places are limited, so call the central booking line on 0161 291 3580 as soon as possible to book your appointment and so you don’t miss out.
Please be ready to provide your full name, telephone numbers and NHS number (NHS Number is at the top of your invitation/reminder letter).
