I completed my medical training at University College Dublin in 2004 and specialist training in respiratory and general internal medicine with the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. I completed my interventional pulmonary fellowship in lung cancer and pleural disease at Oxford University Hospital.

I am currently a respiratory physician working in the lung cancer directorate. I am clinical lead for the pleural service at Wythenshawe Hospital. I work as part of the lung cancer team to deliver the RAPID service and the lung health check programme.
