As part of NHS Pride Week last week, MFT was proud to re-launch the distribution of the NHS Rainbow Badge across the Trust.
By wearing a badge, staff are able to show that they are a safe listening ear to LGBT+ patients, colleagues or visitors and that we value diversity as a Trust.
The LGBT+ Staff Network has produced a short film to give an explanation of the LGBT+ Pride flag and what it means to our colleagues.
