Meet the diabetes team:
We are a very big team so it is likely that you will see a number of us throughout your time in our service. You will have a named diabetes consultant and diabetes specialist nurse assigned to you but don’t worry if you don’t see them all the time. We will always make sure we are up to date with your plans before we see you.
