TRIAGE-HF Plus – Medtronic UK, Manchester University FT and The Northern Care Alliance Group – Highly Commended / Runner Up award in HSJ Partnership Awards 2021: HealthTech Partnership of the Year – 30th June 2021 – TriageHF Plus researchers are currently undertaking a study to investigate whether integration of remotely monitored device data into healthcare pathways can reduce hospitalisations and/or mortality – great example of using technology to enhance patient care. A collaboration between Medtronic, MFT and Pennine Acute Healthcare Trust
