Patricia brings over 20 years of experience across the NHS, most recently serving as Chief Executive of Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust. She began her career as a district nurse in Shrewsbury and has held senior leadership roles across acute, community, and mental health services. Patricia also served as Accountable Officer for Clinical Commissioning Groups in North Kent and in Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes, where she led major system transformation.
A registered nurse who continues to practise clinically, Patricia is known for her commitment to frontline care and staff engagement.

Patricia said:

‘I am delighted and excited to take up the position of Chief Executive of Manchester and Trafford Local Care Organisations and the Manchester University Dental Hospital. I am looking forward to working with all health and care staff and residents to deliver high quality services locally to meet the needs of our people now and in the future.’

Patricia will join the Trust on 1 September 2025.
