Our Team

In addition to our medical team, we have Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNSs) and Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) who play an important role in the care and support of our patients with Endometriosis.

Clinical Nurse Specialists are experienced nurses with specialist expertise in endometriosis and provide information, advice, and ongoing support throughout your care, particularly between appointments, as well as supporting with Data management for our BSGE accreditation and supporting with the Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings.

Advanced Clinical Practitioners are highly skilled healthcare professionals who have undertaken additional advanced training, enabling them to assess patients, request and interpret investigations, make clinical decisions, develop treatment plans, and, where appropriate, prescribe medications. Patients may meet the ACPs during clinic appointments as they work closely alongside some of our consultants.

Both the ACPs and CNSs work as part of the multidisciplinary team, helping to ensure that patients receive coordinated, high-quality care, and they can discuss both medical and surgical treatment options for Endometriosis.

Our team includes:

  • Endometriosis Clinical Nurse Specialists: Elizabeth Malone, Rose Eastell, Tara McKenna and Ipti Mohamed
  • Advanced Clinical Practitioners: Tanya Mitchell and Katie Morris
