Some children who have been to the Paediatric Emergency Department will need to have follow-up care with a specialty team later in an outpatient clinic.
Usually the specialty team will phone you or send you a letter to tell you the date and time of your child’s outpatient appointment. Please make sure that we have the correct phone number and address, so they don’t miss it.
If you have not had a phone call or letter, please look at the leaflet for that clinic. It tells you how to contact the team’s secretary.
If the specialty team did not get the referral, we can fix that for you. Please contact the Paediatric Emergency Department by calling 0161 701 9101 or 0161 701 9102
