Proud to Support Our Armed Forces and LGBT+ Veteran Community
Fighting with Pride is a trusted LGBTQ+ military charity, bringing lived experience and expert knowledge to help organisations strengthen their welcome and support for LGBTQ+ veterans and serving personnel. As such, we’re proud to have secured our third consecutive year of accreditation with Fighting With Pride’s Pride in Veterans Standard.
This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive workplace for veterans, reservists, service leavers, and their families.

Displaying the Pride in Veterans Standard provides a visible marker of inclusion, helping LGBTQ+ veterans and families feel confident that they will be treated with respect, understanding and care.
At MFT, we value the skills, experience, and diversity that the armed forces community brings to the NHS, and we remain committed to continuing this important work.
Recognition & Awards
MFT is working toward recognition under the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), joining other NHS organisations awarded Gold and Silver for going above and beyond in supporting the Armed Forces community.
