We offer sponsorship for eligible roles under the Health and Care visa route, and each role is assessed individually to ensure it meets the Home Office criteria, including salary thresholds and SOC codes. Sponsorship is typically provided for up to five years, after which you may be eligible to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain.
To be considered for sponsorship, you’ll need to:
- Be in a role that qualifies under current visa rules.
- Complete a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) application form.
- Submit your application no earlier than three months before your current visa expires.
