What To Expect
Application Review
Your journey starts with your online application. We’ll look for evidence of your experience, achievements, and how you demonstrate leadership aligned to the role and the MFT values.
Shortlisting
If your application meets the criteria and you form part of the pool of candidates that we are taking forward to the selection process, you will be shortlisted and invited to the next stage. We’ll provide clear guidance to you, so you know what to expect on the day.
