Supporting safe recruitment through immunisation screening and delivery of job role specific occupational vaccinations to protect staff, patients, and the wider community. 

Providing expert management and follow-up for exposure to bodily fluids and needlestick injuries, ensuring timely intervention, risk assessment, management and support. 

Providing job-specific risks to monitor and protect our workforce from occupational exposures, ensuring early detection of work-related health issues and compliance with statutory requirements.

Delivering virtually or in-person Fitness to Work Assessments at our Oxford Road and Wythenshawe sites.

Early Intervention musculoskeletal (MSK) issues:

Early Intervention & Support (MSK) issues: providing timely assessment, treatment, and workplace adjustments if needed, helping our colleagues remain active, reduce discomfort, and prevent long-term absence. 

Mental Health & Emotional Support

  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP): Providing free, confidential 24/7 support for you and your immediate family. This includes counselling, legal advice, and financial guidance.
  • Health & Wellbeing Champions: You can join a network of trained colleagues who promote wellbeing across our sites.
  • Peer Support Groups: Including menopause, grief, and neurodiversity awareness sessions.

Wellbeing Activities

  • Workshops & Webinars: Covering topics like sleep, resilience, and managing conflict.
  • Seasonal Campaigns: From Men’s Health Week to Loneliness Awareness Week, we run targeted initiatives to support your wellbeing.
  • Fun & Fitness: Bike maintenance sessions, summer activities, and lots more to keep you active and engaged.
