We believe in balance. That’s why our generous annual leave starts at 27 days per year (plus bank holidays), increasing to 29 days after five years and 33 days after ten years of service. Onsite Nurseries for Working Families & Single Parents

We know how important childcare is. That’s why we offer onsite nurseries at both our Oxford Road and Wythenshawe sites:

  • First Steps Day Nursery (Oxford Road): For children aged 6 months to 5 years.
  • Kids Planet Day Nursery (Wythenshawe): For children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

You can pay for nursery places through our Salary Sacrifice Scheme if you child attends the First Steps Nursery on Oxford Road, helping you save while securing high-quality care for your little ones. Salary sacrifice is not available at Kids Plant Nursery at our Wythenshawe site.
