We are continually recruiting for our NEBDN post registration courses we deliver at the school. We request that you submit your application form if you are interested and then we can give further advice and guidance to the date of commencement. The start date will be determined by the number of applications received.
This course is aimed at Registered Dental Nurses who are required to provide oral health education to patients under the direction of a dentist.
The course will be delivered over a 12 month period.
Course outline and entry requirements:
Start Date: TBC
Number of sessions: 13 in total, comprising of theoretical delivery, practical experience and Record of Competence workshops required to fulfill the NEBDN syllabus.
Exam Date: TBC
Entry:
- All candidates must attend for an informal interview prior to being accepted on a course, this will take place at the Central Manchester School for Dental Care Professionals
- Have the full support of your employer in completion of the Record of Competency and be able to commit to 100% attendance on the given course dates
- Be registered with the GDC
The Award:
In order to achieve the award you will have to successfully complete: –
- A Record of Competence
- A written examination paper (1 hour 30 minutes), the examination will be in the form of multiple choice and extended matching questions

The full cost of the course is £850.00 per candidate.
