Biography

Shaila qualified and trained in India as a Paediatrician. She took further training in Paediatrics and Paediatric Nephrology in the UK.

She has been Consultant since 2003, and practices at Royal Manchester Children’s hospital in both general paediatrics and nephrology (including Foetal medicine – counselling for antenatal renal abnormalities).

Shaila has extensive interest in PG Medical Education and is currently Director of Medical Education for the Trust.
