Inpatient Physiotherapy Service

We have a dedicated physiotherapy team for people with cystic fibrosis, non-CF bronchiectasis and primary ciliary dyskinesia. Everyone admitted to the ward receives a full physiotherapy assessment, followed by regular sessions during their stay.

Your physiotherapy sessions will focus on helping you clear your airways, stay physically active, and use inhaled or nebulised treatments safely and effectively. We encourage daily exercise to help you stay strong throughout your admission. Physiotherapy is available every day, including weekends, provided by staff who are experienced in CF care.
