We have been caring for adults with Cystic Fibrosis since 1994. Following a major refurbishment in 2010, we now occupy a purpose-built state-of-the-art facility – one of the most modern and well equipped in the country. The unit provides inpatient and outpatient services. We take a holistic approach to the management of Cystic Fibrosis (CF). This means we support, every aspect of your condition and how it affects your life. Our aim is to provide a friendly and caring environment where you will receive expert advice, information and care.

MACFC cares for over 500 adults with CF from across the North West. We are recognised nationally and internationally for high -quality care, innovation and research. We are passionate about enhancing the services available to our patients and supporting the growth and development of our team.
