Biography
Dr Tanney trained predominantly in Northern Ireland, then spending time in Melbourne working in Monash Newborn and as retrieval doctor for NETS Victoria. She took up her post as Consultant Neonatologist in Saint Mary’s Hospital in 2015, and since then has been developing her special interests in Medical Leadership and Medical Education.
Dr Tanney works as part of the MFT Professional Matters team, helping to oversee local clinical governance of doctors and working closely with GMC to ensure high standards of medical practice amongst connected practitioners.
