Paediatric hip surgery and hip preservation techniques (Surgical hip dislocation, Peri-acetabular osteotomies), Limb reconstruction and Complex pelvic and acetabular trauma surgery.

Biography

Graduated in 2000 from Sohag University Faculty of Medicine, Egypt. Was a resident in Orthopaedic surgery at Sohag University Hospitals 2002 – 2006 and then subspecialty training in Limb Reconstruction and advanced Ilizarov techniques.

Completed a 2-year trauma fellowship at Hannover Medical School, Germany and a one-year Paediatric Orthopaedic Fellowship at The Hospital for Sick Children, University of Toronto. He is an assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at his home medical school in Egypt.
